Non-alcoholic wine is produced using traditional winemaking methods before advanced techniques are used to remove most or all of the alcohol. This process allows the beverage to maintain much of its original aroma, colour, texture, and flavour while offering a healthier alternative for consumers who prefer not to drink alcohol.
